A legt\u00f6bb ir\u00e1nyelv szerint &#8211;  n\u0151k eset\u00e9ben: napi t\u00f6bb mint 1 ital (\u2248 10\u201312 g tiszta alkohol), f\u00e9rfiak eset\u00e9ben: napi t\u00f6bb mint 2 ital (\u2248 20\u201324 g tiszta alkohol) m\u00e1r megn\u00f6veli a csontveszt\u00e9s \u00e9s a t\u00f6r\u00e9sek kock\u00e1zat\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">A rendszeres, nagy mennyis\u00e9g\u0171 alkoholfogyaszt\u00e1s (pl. heti 7\u201314 ital felett, illetve \u201ealkalmi nagyiv\u00e1s\u201d) pedig g\u00e1tolja az oszteoblasztok m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9t, rontja a kalciumfelsz\u00edv\u00f3d\u00e1st, cs\u00f6kkenti a D\u2011vitamin aktiv\u00e1ci\u00f3j\u00e1t, n\u00f6veli az es\u00e9sek \u00e9s t\u00f6r\u00e9sek kock\u00e1zat\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Koffein &#8211; t\u00falzott fogyaszt\u00e1sa (napi 3-4 cs\u00e9sze k\u00e1v\u00e9 felett) fokozhatja a kalcium\u00fcr\u00edt\u00e9st a vizelettel, b\u00e1r hat\u00e1sa m\u00e9rs\u00e9kelt, ha a kalciumbevitel megfelel\u0151.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">S\u00f3k &#8211; a magas n\u00e1triumbevitel n\u00f6veli a kalciumveszt\u00e9st, ami hossz\u00fa t\u00e1von cs\u00f6kkentheti a csonts\u0171r\u0171s\u00e9get.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Foszforsav (pl. k\u00f3laf\u00e9l\u00e9kben) &#8211; a foszforsavval \u00e9des\u00edtett \u00fcd\u00edt\u0151k t\u00falzott fogyaszt\u00e1sa felbor\u00edthatja a kalcium\u2013foszfor ar\u00e1nyt, ami kedvez\u0151tlen\u00fcl hathat a csontanyagcser\u00e9re. Emellett gyakran kiszor\u00edtj\u00e1k az \u00e9trendb\u0151l a kalciumforr\u00e1sokat (pl. tejterm\u00e9keket).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Magas cukortartalm\u00fa \u00fcd\u00edt\u0151k \u00e9s feldolgozott \u00e9lelmiszerek &#8211; k\u00f6zvetetten hatnak: rontj\u00e1k az \u00e9trend min\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9t, n\u00f6velik a gyullad\u00e1sos folyamatokat, \u00e9s hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rulhatnak az elh\u00edz\u00e1shoz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Doh\u00e1ny- \u00e9s nikotintartalm\u00fa term\u00e9kek &#8211; a hagyom\u00e1nyos cigaretta, a hev\u00edtett doh\u00e1nyterm\u00e9kek \u00e9s a nikotint tartalmaz\u00f3 e\u2011cigarett\u00e1k egyar\u00e1nt kedvez\u0151tlen\u00fcl hatnak a csontokra: cs\u00f6kkentik a csontk\u00e9pz\u0151d\u00e9st, rontj\u00e1k a kalcium- \u00e9s D\u2011vitamin\u2011anyagcser\u00e9t, fokozz\u00e1k a gyullad\u00e1sos folyamatokat \u00e9s n\u00f6velik a t\u00f6r\u00e9sek kock\u00e1zat\u00e1t. Ugyanakkor a zsigeri zs\u00edrsz\u00f6vet gyullad\u00e1skelt\u0151 hat\u00e1sa ronthatja a csontmin\u0151s\u00e9get, \u00e9s n\u00f6velheti a t\u00f6r\u00e9sek kock\u00e1zat\u00e1t. Az elh\u00edz\u00e1s gyakran t\u00e1rsul mozg\u00e1shi\u00e1nnyal, ami tov\u00e1bb gyeng\u00edti a csontokat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-medium-font-size\">\n<li>Alult\u00e1pl\u00e1lts\u00e1g sokkal egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171bb \u00e9s s\u00falyosabb hat\u00e1s\u00fa: cs\u00f6kken a csontk\u00e9pz\u0151d\u00e9s, romlik a csontm\u00e1trix feh\u00e9rjeell\u00e1totts\u00e1ga, alacsony kalcium- \u00e9s D\u2011vitaminbevitel miatt gyorsul a csontveszt\u00e9s, n\u0151 a t\u00f6r\u00e9kenys\u00e9g \u00e9s a s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9kenys\u00e9g.
